Saturday October 6, 2018 - 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Sunday October 7, 2017 - 12:00 p.m. to 4:20 pm

FIRST AMENDMENT VENDOR RULES AND CONTRACT
  • Space to be rented is 10' x 10'™
  • There will be electrical outlets available
  • All space fees of $200.00 are non-refundable
  • A $50 deposit is required along with the application, and the rest of the vending fee ($150) is to be paid no later then the day of the event.
  • Payment will be processed on the following page once form is submitted.
  • We at Harvest Fest 2018 respect the cleanliness of our common areas as I'm sure you can understand. This means that all Vendors must remove and properly dispose of all rubbish, trash and discarded materials. There are trash cans, we also encourage less packaging.
  • You may secure a space with a down payment per space. First come, first served. No placement can be guaranteed; however, we will attempt to place you next to a vendor that sells different products than yours.
  • Vendors must check in first before setting up at the event and full payment must be completed:
  • Priority in location of leased space shall be given to those vendors in their respective area in the order that they return signed contracts with deposit.
  • Booth/Concession set up cannot begin before 7:30 a.m. and must be completed by 12:00 p.m.
  • Booth/trailer and all supplies must be removed by 10:00 p.m.
  • No alcoholic beverage sales.
  • The Harvest Fest 2018 Committee reserves the right to prohibit and remove the exhibit and/or sale of items that are not in keeping with the nature of the event and which offend the moral standards of the community or are found to be causing a nuisance or disturbance by selling them at the Festival. Similarly, no unethical or unlawful practice will be tolerated. All persons, companies or organizations renting booth/concession space do so as independent contractors and not as employees or agents of the Festival or its management herein, and as such assume all responsibility for withholding taxes, Social Security, State taxes, Public liability and Worker'™s Compensation Insurance and also assume responsibility for insurance coverage to, from and during the Festival and for accident or injury to himself and/or his equipment.
  • You are responsible for providing your own booth, gear, tent, canopy and supplies for your booth.
This agreement is between Harvest Fest 2018, and

hereafter known as “vendor”. It is agreed that the Vendor will pay Harvest Fest 2018 a $200.00 per space fee. A $50 deposit is required along with the application, and the rest of the vending fee ($150) is to be paid no later than the day of the event. Please fill out the following information. I understand that I am responsible for my own space, materials, insurance and permits, and shall hold harmless Harvest Fest from any and all damages.
